Pricing questions
Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter includes unlimited orders, QR menus, the waiter POS, kitchen tickets and GST billing for a single outlet, at no cost and with no card on file.
What does "free during early access" mean for Pro and Enterprise?
Exactly that: while we onboard our first restaurants, Pro and Enterprise cost nothing too. When we introduce pricing it will be published on this page first, with notice, and you will be able to stay, downgrade or export your data.
When would I want Pro or Enterprise?
Pro when you want ingredient inventory and food costing, loyalty, the full reports hub or aggregator reconciliation. Enterprise when you run more than one outlet under one organisation.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no lock-in. Onboarding is self-serve, and you can import your whole menu from a spreadsheet to get going quickly.
Does DineoTech process card payments?
No. DineoTech records how a guest paid — cash, card, UPI or wallet — for clean reconciliation, but does not process card payments itself. You keep your own terminal.
