The kitchen ticket prints before the waiter walks back.
A POS for Indian dine-in restaurants. Guests order from the table QR or your waiter punches it in, and the kitchen has the ticket before he is back at the pass.

What a DineoTech account replaces
Most dine-in restaurants run four tools that do not talk to each other, and pay for the gaps between them.
- A POS, a spreadsheet and a bookings app that never agree
- Four tools, four exports, and an evening spent reconciling them. Here the dashboard, the stock and the reports are views of the orders your floor already took.
- A legacy on-premise POS
- Slow to learn, awkward to update, and tied to one machine behind the counter. DineoTech runs in the browser and keeps billing and printing through an outage.
- Weeks of demos before you can try it
- Sign up, import the menu from a spreadsheet and print QR codes the same day. There is no sales call in the way.
- Contracts, setup fees and data you cannot get back
- No lock-in. Orders, menu and customers export to CSV or Excel whenever you ask for them, and ₹0 while we onboard our first restaurants.
What the manager sees at 8 pm
Not a report to run later. The dashboard is the floor, live — because every screen reads the same orders.

Tonight’s sales, updated on every bill
Not an end-of-day total — the number moves as tables settle.
- 02
Live orders by table
New, preparing, served. The same board the waiters and the kitchen are looking at.
- 03
Revenue trend from archived orders
Reports run off archived data, so pulling a trend never slows the live POS.
One table’s order, from the first scan to the bill
Four steps, four screens, one record. Nothing is re-typed, exported or reconciled by hand.
Step 1 of 4
Table 7 scans the code and orders together
One QR per table, valid for the sitting. Everyone at the table adds to the same cart from their own phone, and the order lands in your POS as one ticket for one bill.

The ticket prints at the tandoor station
Every punched order prints as a thermal KOT, routed to the right printer per station and marked printed — nothing depends on a chit walking to the kitchen.

- Does it work with my existing thermal printer?
- Yes. A small desktop print bridge sends kitchen tickets and receipts to standard ESC/POS thermal printers, over USB or the LAN, with routing per station.
- What happens when the internet goes down?
- The POS keeps taking orders and printing tickets. When the connection returns it syncs automatically, with prices frozen at the time of sale.
